If you’ve opted for the Add-on Product feature, verify that the associated add-on products (existing products linked to your options) are set to Active on your Online Store. Inactive add-on products can cause the extra charges not to function correctly.
If, after thoroughly reviewing the aforementioned issues, the additional prices still do not reflect in the order, it’s essential to consider other potential causes:
- The Easify Product Options app might be conflicting with another app installed in your store. These conflicting apps might relate to price adjustments, discounts, cart drawer, delivery and pickup, booking, or other features that could overlap with the functionality of our app.
- Additionally, conflicts with certain Shopify themes can also occur.
