Easify Inventory Sync supports Single-store Sync and Multi-store Sync. If you only use Multi-store Sync, you can ignore the Single-store Sync parts of the Plans page.
Important Billing Note
Only Destination stores need a subscription. Your plan, product limits, and upgrade requirements apply to the Destination store only.
All plans include almost the same features. The main difference is the number of products you can sync.
Unlike other apps that limit the number of connections, Easify Inventory Sync offers Unlimited Connections on all plans, including the Free plan.
This means one Source store can sync to multiple Destination stores, and one Destination store can connect to multiple Source stores without restrictions.

Choose the plan that best matches the number of products you need to sync.
Only the Destination store is charged. Source stores do not subscribe and do not pay.
Which product number is used for checking plan limits? #
We use Total products to sync to determine whether a Destination store needs to upgrade.
We do not use “Actual synced products” because that includes old data from past or deleted connections and does not represent your current sync requirements.
In each connection, the Destination store can choose:
All products
Specific products
Products that match conditions
When the Destination store adjusts these settings, the product count for that connection increases or decreases, which affects the overall Total products to sync.
Destination store deletes a connection
When the Destination store deletes a connection entirely, the product count from that connection is immediately removed from the Total products to sync.
Source store adds or removes products
If the Destination store is set to sync All products from the Source store:
Adding new products in the Source store increases the total.
Deleting products in the Source store decreases the total.
Notes:
Disconnecting a connection (from either store) does not change the Total products to sync.
Only deleting the connection in the Destination store will reduce the total.
Deleting the connection in the Source store only disconnects the connection for the Destination; it does not adjust the product count.
(Refer to this guide for a detailed explanation of the deleted connection flow.)
This is the number of products that have already synced so far, across all connections.
Therefore, it may be lower or higher than “Total products to sync”.
What happens if the sync setup is already Over the product limit Before syncing starts? #
If the Total products to sync is higher than the Destination store’s current plan limit before syncing begins, then no syncing will start at all.
Example: The Destination store is on the Free plan (limit 50), but the sync scope in a connection requires syncing 80 products. Result: syncing will not start until the Destination store either:
Upgrades to a higher plan, or
Reduces the sync scope to fewer than 50 products
This situation applies when the setup is already over the limit from the beginning.
What happens if the Destination store exceeds the product limit After syncing has already started? #
If syncing is already running and the Total products to sync increases beyond the plan limit — usually because the Source store adds new products or the Destination store later expands the sync scope — then:
Products that were already within the plan limit will continue syncing normally
Any new products that exceed the limit will stop syncing until the Destination store upgrades
Example: The Destination store syncs 400 products on the Pro plan (limit 500). Later, the Source store adds 200 new products, increasing the total to 600. Results:
The original 400 products continue syncing
The additional 200 products will not sync until the Destination store upgrades
This situation applies when the limit is exceeded after syncing is already in progress.
We do not offer a timed free trial. Instead, we provide a Free plan that you can use indefinitely if your Total products to sync is below 50.
Our plans differ mainly by product limits, not features, so a free plan is more practical than a short trial.
What happens when you Downgrade to a lower plan? #
You can downgrade only if your Total products to sync is within the lower plan’s limit.
Important Note
If your Total products to sync is higher than the limit of the plan you downgrade to, syncing will stop.
Example: You currently sync 4,000 products on the Premium plan (limit 5,000). If you downgrade to Pro (limit 500):
All connections (products, inventory, orders) will stop syncing immediately
No new syncs will run until you upgrade again
Please double-check your Total products to sync before downgrading to avoid interruptions to your store operations.
Billing reminder
Shopify controls all app billing and charges all subscriptions through your Shopify invoice. Because of this, if you downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle:
You will continue paying the current plan’s price until the billing cycle ends
The new lower plan price will only start from the next billing cycle
This is how Shopify handles all app subscription changes (more details).
