Easify Inventory Sync supports Single-store Sync and Multi-store Sync. If you only use Multi-store Sync, you can ignore the Single-store Sync parts of the Plans page.
All plans include almost the same features. The main difference is the number of products you can sync.
Unlike other apps that limit the number of connections, Easify Inventory Sync offers Unlimited Connections on all plans, including the Free plan.
This means one Source store can sync to multiple Destination stores, and one Destination store can connect to multiple Source stores without restrictions.

Choose the plan that best matches the number of products you need to sync.
It is the total number of products the Destination store needs to sync across all connections that still exist in the app — including both Active (connected) and Inactive (disconnected) connections.
Only connections that have been fully deleted and no longer appear in the app are excluded from this count.
If you want to remove products from the total, you must delete the connection completely. Simply disconnecting a connection will not reduce the product count.
In each connection, the Destination store can choose to sync:
All products
Specific products
Products matching conditions
When the Destination store adjusts these settings, the product count for that connection increases or decreases, which affects the overall Total products to sync.
b. Destination store deletes a connection
When the Destination store deletes a connection entirely, the product count from that connection is immediately removed from the Total products to sync.
c. Source store adds or removes products
If the Source store updates its product list and those products are part of the sync scope defined by the Destination store, then the Total products to sync may change.
Adding new products in the Source store increases the Total products to sync.
Deleting products in the Source store decreases the Total products to sync.
Notes:
Disconnecting a connection (from either store) does not change the Total products to sync.
Only deleting the connection in the Destination store will reduce the total.
Deleting the connection in the Source store only disconnects the connection for the Destination; it does not adjust the product count.
(Refer to this guide for a detailed explanation of the deleted connection flow.)
This is the number of products that have already synced so far, across all connections.
Therefore, it may be lower or higher than “Total products to sync”.
5/ What happens if the sync setup Exceeds the plan limit Before syncing starts? #
If the Total products to sync is already higher than the Destination store’s plan limit before any syncing begins, then no syncing will start.
Example:
The Destination store is on the Free plan (limit 50), but the sync scope requires syncing 80 products.
Syncing will not start until the Destination store either upgrades to a higher plan or reduces the sync scope to fewer than 50 products.
6/ What happens if the Destination store Updates the sync scope and it Exceeds the plan limit? #
If syncing has already been performed before, but the Destination store updates the sync scope (for example, switching from “specific products” to “all products”) and the new scope exceeds the plan limit, then all syncing will be paused. Nothing will sync again until the Destination store upgrades.
This behavior is different from situations where the Source store adds new products, because the Destination store is intentionally expanding its sync requirements, and the app must validate the new total before continuing.
Example:
The Destination store was previously syncing 200 products on the Pro plan (limit 500). After updating the sync scope, the total increases to 700. All syncing will pause until the Destination store upgrades.
7/ What happens if the Source store Adds new products or Expands the allowed sync scope, pushing the Total over the plan limit? #
If syncing is already active and the Source store adds new products or increases the number of products eligible for syncing (for example, the Source store now allows all 80 products to sync instead of the original 50), then:
Products that were already syncing will continue syncing normally.
Only the newly added or newly allowed products that exceed the plan limit will be paused until the Destination store upgrades.
Example:
The Destination store is syncing 400 products on the Pro plan (limit 500). The Source store adds 200 new products, increasing the total to 600.
The original 400 products will continue syncing, while the additional 200 products will not sync until the Destination store upgrades.
This situation applies only when the plan limit is exceeded because the Source store added new products, not because the Destination store changed the sync scope.
We do not offer a timed free trial. Instead, we provide a Free plan that you can use indefinitely if your Total products to sync is below 50.
Our plans differ mainly by product limits, not features, so a free plan is more practical than a short trial.
9/ What happens when you Downgrade to a lower plan? #
You can downgrade only if your Total products to sync is within the lower plan’s limit.
Important Note
If your Total products to sync is higher than the limit of the plan you downgrade to, syncing will stop.
Example:
You currently sync 1,804 products on the Premium plan(limit 5,000). If you downgrade to Pro (limit 500):
All connections (products, inventory, orders) will stop syncing immediately
No new syncs will run until you upgrade again
Please double-check your Total products to sync before downgrading to avoid interruptions to your store operations.
Billing reminder
Shopify controls all app billing and charges all subscriptions through your Shopify invoice. Because of this, if you downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle:
You will continue paying the current plan’s price until the billing cycle ends
The new lower plan price will only start from the next billing cycle
This is how Shopify handles all app subscription changes (more details).
