Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you like.
What happens to my features if I cancel the paid plan?
If you cancel your Pro plan subscription, you will be downgraded to the Free plan. You can continue using the app without losing your group and other settings.
However, please note that the Free plan is limited to the first 150 syncs. If you have syncs remaining after downgrading, you can continue using them. However, if you’ve already reached the 150 sync limit before upgrading to Pro, no additional syncs can be run after downgrading.
Will I be charged extra when I change my plan?
It’s important to note that we, like other app owners, cannot charge you directly. Shopify handles all billing, so you’ll need to follow their subscription billing policies. When you change your plan, here’s what to expect:
- Upgrading (from Free to Pro, or from Monthly to Annually): Shopify prorates the charge based on factors such as what you’ve already paid, the cost difference between the plans, and the time left in your current billing cycle.
- Downgrading (from Pro to Free, or from Annually to Monthly): Shopify may generate prorated app credits based on the cost difference between the plans and the time remaining in your current billing cycle.
Can I have a refund?
Yes, we offer a 30-day Money-back Guarantee under the following circumstances:
- You decide not to continue the subscription after the first month.
- You cancel the paid plan before the first month ends.
- You accidentally choose the paid plan or forget to cancel during the trial period without using it in the first month.
Please note that for these cases, you’ll need to contact our team to request a refund. You can reach us through our in-app live chat or by emailing support@tigren.com. Refunds cannot be automated after canceling your subscription.
Will I be charged after uninstalling the app?
As mentioned earlier, Shopify handles all billing, so any charges will depend on their policies.
If you uninstall the app before your subscription period ends, Shopify will still charge you the full amount for that period.
However, if you cancel your Pro subscription or uninstall the app within the first 30 days of use, you can send a refund request to us, and we will consider your case for a refund.
