  • Does the app work with Shopify Online Store 2.0?

    No, our app is designed to be lightweight and fast, and has been optimized to minimize its impact on your website's speed and performance.

  • What happens if I uninstall the app?

    If you uninstall our app, all of the custom product options and variants you created with the app will be removed from your store. However, your product data will remain intact.

  • My options don’t show on the product page

    If you encounter any issues where the option set is not appearing on your storefront, please follow these steps:

    • Check app activation: Ensure that the Easify Product Options app is activated on your theme. To do this, go to the app's settings and verify that it is enabled.
    • Verify option set assignment: Confirm that your option set is correctly assigned to your test product(s). Double-check the product settings to ensure that the option set is applied.

    If you have already checked the above solutions and your option set is still not appearing, it is possible that there might be a conflict between the app and your theme.

  • Does the app work with Online Store 2.0 theme?

    Yes, the app is designed to work with a wide variety of Shopify themes.

  • Is there a limit to the number of attachments I can add per product?

    There is no limit to the number of attachments you can add per product.

  • Can I add an attachment to multiple products at once?

    Yes, you have the flexibility to include the identical attachment across multiple products by utilizing the attachment assignment options available in your settings: All Products, Specific Products, Specific Collections, or Product Conditions.

  • How can I change the title of the Product Attachments section/block?

    You need to access the theme editor (Sales channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize). From there, go to the App embeds section, then expand the Product Attachments section. Finally, insert your desired title.

  • Can I customize the look of the attachments?

    Yes, the appearance of the attachments can be customized by utilizing a range of personalized icons, editing the product attachment section/block name, controlling the visibility of file icons and sizes, adjusting the location of the attachment section/block on the page, and even duplicating the attachments on the page as necessary.

  • Into which templates can the Product Attachments block/section be added?

    The Product Attachments can be seamlessly integrated into the Product templates or other page templates (e.g.: Collection, Collection list, Blog, Blog post, CMS page) for enhanced customer experience.

  • What types of attachments can be added?

    The app allows adding different types of attachments to product pages, including user manuals, product specifications, menus, certifications, warranties, licenses, promotions, lookbooks/ new collections, etc.

    The reason for your file's inability to upload might be due to its size exceeding the limit for the attachment page. To resolve this, you can try uploading the file to the Shopify Files folder (Content > Files > Upload file), and then copy the link to the attachment page.
